Children and Young People
If you've got a problem or are worried about someone you know, it can be hard to know what to do.
Talk to someone you can trust, like a relative, friend, teacher or a nurse at your school. They will listen to you and support you, and talk through what can be done to help sort things out.
Remember that you can ring Child Line anytime on 0800 1111
